What to expect
When you meet with Sharon she will be working hard to build a trusting relationship with you. Boundaries of confidentiality will be discussed and the process of counselling will be explained. Once confidentiality is agreed the counselling process will begin. Sharon is skilled in a number of counselling techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy, person centred counselling and emotive behavioural therapy. As the therapeutic process deepens Sharon will identify which approach is best suit to you.
